Congratulations. 47 points is the most we have scored all year and we beat a very tough and good Wildwood Pee Wee team. We have scored 193 points in 7 games. We keep improving each week and getting better both individually and as a team. Importantly the kids are coming together and supporting each other and the hard work off the field is starting to pay off at games. This is most gratifying to see.
This week we will focus on defense and as always FUNDAMENTALS. We have a special NFL player coming to work with us at practice and we will also have a game film study meeting this week. Saturday is our Championship game for our division against South City. If we win we will be AYF South Division Champions. So a huge game coming up and we will prepare all week to bring home the hardware. If we win Saturday we will have a party to celebrate.
With all this success, plan on the first round of the AYF Playoffs for Sunday Nov 1 and hopefully three more games after that if we can keep winning. If we do win all 4 playoff games we will be Orlando bound for the AYF Nationals. That is a far away goal but we are working towards that. Keep working hard and believe.

Pee Wees - After todays win over Kenilworth we remain undefeated and continue our winning streak at 6 - 0.
I could not be more proud of the boys and our great coaching staff. The ice cream party was great.
If we can continue to get better with each practice and game and work hard we have a chance
to become Midwest Champions if we win out in the playoffs. We then would go to Orlando for the AYF Nationals. Last year we had one Trevian team fortunate enough to go to Nationals in Orlando plus we had and will have a couple of our players who make the All Star team play down there. The experience is one the kids will never forget.
So while that is our goal we take it one game and day at a time and set and meet our short term goals. The boys will practice being leaders and making smart choices at home, at the dinner table, at school and on the field. As we gain strength and speed along with football skills and becoming a team we are a force to be reckoned with.
Wildwood has scouted us and filmed our last game so there will be no surprising them. We just have to always out hustle, out block, out tackle our opponents to be victorious. Sounds easy. Lots of work ahead and I can't wait.
