Parents
Tough day today. The kids new they would not be successful against
Plainfield and played that way. We explained to them about effort, but
not much to show for it. The schedule for the rest of the season is more
to our favor where we should be competitive with the remaining games
down the stretch. We rarely call out kids because we stress team play.
However, we gave out two helmet awards to two players who refused to
quit and gave incredible effort, Corey Nagel and Chase Silverman. We
will build off of this performance.
WE WILL PRACTICE MONDAY FROM 5:30-7:30 PM
WE WILL PRACTICE TUESDAY FROM 5:30-7:45 PM
WE HAVE A GAME AGAINST BUFFALO GROVE AT THE PARK DISTRICT (WHERE WE
PRACTICE) UNDER THE LIGHTS AT 7:30 PM. KIDS SHOULD BE THERE AT 6:15 PM
READY TO GO.
WE PLAY SATURDAY AT SOUTH CITY WITH A 4:00 GAME. WE WILL WANT THE BOYS
THERE BY 2:30 PM. According to MapQuest, it is a little more than an
hour away.
WE WILL HAVE A SECOND GAME AGAINST KENILWORTH ON OCTOBER 29TH TO END THE
SEASON. MORE DETAILS TO FOLLOW.
